Could it be that women marry even younger now than before?...because abortion is normally only seen necessary there, if the mother isn't married....Or here's a funny one (or not)....they have a condom police now, who makes sure the condoms are used for the intended purpose instead of the kids blowing them and playing with them like they are regular balloons...I'm just really guessing here.
