What are the pros of having a woman as a leader and the cons of having a man as a leader
i have a lot but i need more because i am doing a project for summer school
oh and is it proven that women are smarter than men?

Because some people have good ideas, some have the ability to persuade others, some can make hard decisions easily. What sex you are doesn't enter into it. People with the aforementioned qualities should lead.

I know you're not trying to be sexist, but some people may get offended by your comments.
There are pros and cons for both sides...not just men, and it is certainly NOT proven that women are smarter than men...some are smarter, some are actually dumber.
Try to be a bit more careful about the diversity of Yahoo Answers.

Con- Margret Thatcher
Con- Ineligible for the draft so no right to be head of a state that may draft men only.
Scientifically women tend toward average in intelligence and criminality, men tend toward the extremes far more often statistically.

Women are good leaders because we are strong, intelligent, emotional, and passionate.
Men are good leaders for the same reason.
We shouldn't pick our leaders by gender or political party. We should chose our leaders by how well they can deal with issues that we feel are important.
