my little sister goes out of her way to hurt me and my family and im not joking we tryed everything from being nice to brutal punishment and even treating her like everyone else no matter what we do she is always being alittlebitch i need help in knowing what to do

I am very worried about the possible REVERSED effect it could have - when there is simply too much talk about poverty and need. I am wondering if you are also one of the people who simply had had enough already!

Everyone struggle (though relatively) with their own life's issues. There is a real possibility that the combination of corrupt social agencies, desensitizing due to overload of information on poverty and lack of information may result in good people turning away from helping. As a development practitioner, this really worries me. Should it? Your thoughts? Any ideas?

Some people are just good at growing these things, they do not like growing tea or coffee, or any other substitutes. With so many wars going on in the world, and so much sickness and suffering, surely there is a medical need for narcotics, and other legal pharmaceuticals that are made from these things, so why don't we allow it, in a controlled environment, of course. Don't get me wrong, I do not mean illegal drugs, I mean licenced pharmaceutical medicines.

I thought I could get some reasonably sane and knowledgable opinions about any subject from people with some expertise in the topic discussed.
