What does a street peddler have to say to soften you, and cause you to give `em a money donation?

There are sooo many homeless, or otherwise street peddlers (beggars), that need help, but some could be scammers as well, so since we don`t know the difference,many times we won`t give them our money , But what is that one thing, they can say that will move you to give them at least a dollar or two, or more?

what do i do to get an ID if i don't have the required info to get one?

what do i do if i need to get an ID and all i have to do it with is a ssc and a birth cert. with a diff last name than my ssc and the DMV won't let me? i have had my name changed but it is still the same on my birth cert. please someone help me if you can i really need a job.

how to go about getting aid after losing everything you own to a house fire?

a family member of mine today lost thier home,cars.buisness,everything that they owned to a four alarm fire. and i am just trying to find any help for them that i can. the red cross gave them 3 nights in hotel and $250.which wont last long. please help with this problem with any answer that is positive. thank you for your help.

we get questions now and again that bug us as they are so rude or foul and we want to ask these people why the ask it or just go away and let us enjoy a website that alows us time to have a look and if we know the answer help someone else so what can we do to get rid of the offensive stuff. ignore it answer it . go down to their level and swear like crap. these people want a response. whats your thoughts?
