Go to Mexico. There are lots of people living in the US who came here illegally to avoid going to prison there.

Life itself is a prison. Nobody can escape from it.Prison is not just a lock up but a fair place to perform your duties to mankind.Be honest, sympathetic and kind to the other human being so that you will feel pleasure of life even in the prison of the world, society.

well, if you don't do anything illegal, you won't have to go to prison. Simple as that.
if you already did something illegal, and now you're going to prison, then well, your stupid mistake. :o) Nothing you can do.
