2. Volunteer to have a direct effect on society
3. Donate money to charities
4. Get involved with local politics or community action groups
5. Stop talking about change and be a part of it

Be positive and loving. You know the chemical serotonin that we produce in our bodies which is what makes us feel good, happy and so on. Serotonin is good. Studies have shown that when you do a good act towards someone their serotonin levels rise, your serotonin levels rise, and get this, anybody that is observing the good act, their serotonin levels also rise. Isn't that awesome? So in order to change society, be positive, kind, loving, helpful, etc, etc.

Become involved in Amateur radio- ARES, RACES, FEMA,Skywarn are just a few of our groups that help communitys in need in times of crisis.

little things like help habitat for humanity,or help boys scouts or girl scouts in yuor area .it is a smallway to help but you can make some kids lifes better
