I live in Oklahoma, im going into 9th grade, and i need to record X number of volunteer hours for school (i dont know how many) i s there a form to record that on?

You could make one up on Word. That's what I did when I was in high school. Otherwise, contact your school to see if they have an official form you need to use.

The school may have a form since there have probably been others before you who needed the same thing. If not, make up one yourself on the computer.

Where you are volunteering probably has a form that you can document your time on as well as the honor system mentioned by other respondents.
