You do`nt say where you want them put, I agree with you that they look dirty and the perfect world would be a better place without them but,this is not a perfect world we live in, these tramp`s had to have come from somewhere, they were not born tramp`s, so what happened? why did they choose that road to go down?have they any family? if after thinking about the point`s I have raised you still think they should be moved, maybe you could suggest where they could be put.

The last time I was in Paddington station, in London, I went to the restroom, it was 20pence to get in but you could use the showers, the urinals or the toilets. I think there should be more places like this, but in more accessible places.
If I was homeless, I would beg borrow or steal the money to get in for a shower each morning, then to get some fresh clothes from a charity shop.
Of course I understand that many of the homeless are in a situation that makes appearances more of a triviality, either due to drug dependance or mental problems. They need to be taken aside by the government and cared for in a purpose built institution. This is where our taxes should be put. It is society that put them in this situation, we need to accept this responsibility.
Then of course there are those who are homeless because they aren't comfortable being tied down to one spot, with bills, taxes, numbers that identify them. These are probably a tiny percentage of the homeless. I'm sure they are happy to look after themselves or they wouldn't be homeless.

and you make it look good? theres all kinds of people in this messed up world that have more things to be concerned about like helping tramps! SO people like you should get throwed some where because you have dirty opinions,no cares or concerns,

There is a rubbish dump in Madrid, Spain. It is sanctioned by the local government for drug addicts, alcoholics, homeless and many other marginalised people to live in. This is intended to keep all of these people in one small area of the city, thereby causing little or no offence to tourists and residents. The problem is that when these people are in this enclosure they are forgotten about... out of sight.... out of mind. It would seem that the government of Spain have the same narrow minded attitude as you. It doesn't help though, it may not offend the eyes of tourists but the children of these people die every day of diseases caused by their living conditions. Presumably they have to perish because like minded people as yourself dont want to look at them.... let alone help them!!!

Maybe some one should donate a plot of land somewhere out in the boonies, and all the tramps and hoboes and homeless people could go there and start their own city, and build it up the way they want, elect their own officials, write their own laws, create their own economy?

The entire human race is messing the whole planet up. Do something about that and stop being disgusting about people who are having a hard time. You seem to have a bit of you missing. Humanity? Sympathy? Empathy? Try to find it because you might need it some day.

Maybe YOU haven't noticed there are some VERY "DIRTY" people who are not TRAMPS, YOU may be one of THEM!!!! I have noticed quite a few Dirty FILTHY RICH people...hmmph!!!! Maybe we could find THEM--(those filthy rich people) their own planet so THEY don't Stink up this World anymore!!! Those are Our Brothers and Sisters---dang, even those filthy rich people...BE KIND---it will do you and them some good....

why not clean up the tramps?? a little Windex might work...add some air fresheners and spray Lysol

Never look down on anyone else UNLESS you are helping them up. I'm sure there are people in the world who would find you visually offensive as well.

I hope for your sake, you never end up so broke you can't get a wash, a job, a home, and need to sleep rough... because if you do, you may bump into another you... it's called Karma!
