like people with lots of money and on other side people who dont have enough money to lead a decent life,overfed children in develoed countries and underfed children in under devoloped countries.Especially i was horrified when i saw a picture of an african child.

I just quit my job. There were problems with the boss. He wasn't treating me well and did not supply tools needed for the job. At times a felt belittled. Can I collect because I quit? Will I get penalize for quitting?

We all do selfish things from time to time, but we do not give ourselves nearly enough credit for the good things we do! This is time to pat yourself on the back and feel good about yourself. extra pts if your story involves a stranger!!!! Wahoo!

My 3 things I want to feel proud of tonight:
1) lived and worked in a remote village trying to assist poor shepherds to improve their life
2) gave return bus fare to a Mohawk girl I met on a bus; she was trying to get her newborn out of an abusive home in NYC back to her parents in Canada
3) helped a middle age woman start her first career, for 1.5 years we studied at my kitchen table so she could become a licensed technician

My next door neighbour is an indian man who has about 6 of his relations living with him and his family. He is a nice guy, jealous type but reasonably decent. He is claiming housing benefit for all of them eventhough they all work. I am in a bit of a quandry. It would be wrong to say we are good friends but all the people living there are so unfriendly. They are quite unhygenic and very loud. I am privy to a lot of information as my neice works for the local housing office. What do you think?

I tried to search this topic on the internet, but I didn't get a lot of info. specifically about this. What, do you think, are the necessary steps that I need to know about myself before volunteering? I tried to volunteer once at a library to assist an ESL tutor for less than 5 days only, but I ended up not liking it.
Honestly, I think I'm killing time at work. I've been thinking of doing other activities besides school, and what I do on my own, yet, I haven't made any actions. Actually, there's volunteer center at school, and one of these days, I'll call them after the holiday...

i have a woman that lives down stairs to me, who constanly bangs on my ceiling with a broom handle plus she has thrown paint at my front door and hit it with a hammer all of this is because she thinks my husband and i make to much noise walking around and she also verbally abuses us as well .
What should i do other than kill her.

So here's the plan: I want to get back at this bastard. I did some thinking and the best way to get back at him is to send him a box of poop. Then when he opens the box, the poop will splat on his face. So yesterday, I ate some nachos, chips, beans and all those stuff that gives you diarrhea/constipation. And this morning, I woke up to take a crap. Man, it was not good. The smell was so horrible that it could kill your dead cat. And I thought I was gunna died from pooping. So I took a big chunk of poop and placed it in a box(which I will then ship it to him). I also put some springs in it so when he opens it, it'll pop right into his ugly face. The only concerns I'm having are: A)the smell will make people suspicious B)the mailman gets hungry and eats it, C)the trap will be destroy from all those bumping in the delivery truck.

so anyone think my plan will work?
