Stop & take a big look at the situation that is making you mad.
I feel the same way sometimes. What I do is stop & look at the situation and take deep breathes and wonder why it is making me mad. Is it something that I do not want to hear or deep down I know what they are saying is true and it bothers me.
It is hard to get a grip an anger but you can control it.
Just don't follow your first instinct which is to get mad & curse. Go to a different question or perhaps go to jokes & riddles, you may find a funny riddle and then your anger will be the last thing on your mind.

Two easiest ways to avoid anger.
1st one is to pause, take 10-20 deep breaths (draw air in through your nose, filling up your belly, hold it for a second or two, and let it out through your mouth). That is a relaxation technique.
If that doesn't work and your still angry, then option 2 would be to log off the computer, and forget about it for a day. Log in the following day and see how you feel.
This is of course if you want to stop being angry and cursing, which this question seems like you want to do. Hope it helps.

wow...well, since you asked...I have reviewed some of the answers you have given others. Not only are you mean but you can be downright rude to these people. There's a reason why you get to review your answers before you hit the "submit" button, please use this feature. Some people are really looking for real solutions to their problems. Try to be more understanding of where they are coming from. You may just have the answer they're looking for! But you know, if you feel the need to just purge that meanness out, there are plenty..and I mean PLENTY of questions that could use a bit of your acid tongue! LOL!! So just use it productively hon...blast those who need to be blasted and help those who are seriously looking for help...you'll feel so much better all the way around!

I don't know you...But being aware of your hot temper is a good thing.
All it takes is a little will power. When someone says something utterly stupid, just sigh, shake your head and leave. It will make him feel stupid and not worth your time.
Truth is, he really isn't worth your time. So control your impulse and just ignore the person.
Cursing is an impulse and you, as a rational human beign, must overcome it. Ignore, think of something nice, take deep breaths and count to 10.
You can overcome this problem!

anger management.
haha..jp. just try to control your anger through other things than cursing at other people. its not that big of a deal, but as you get older, it is very "unprofessional". go for a week without typing or saying one cuss word, and see how things go. tell your friends, if you cuss within the next week, have them pinch you. that should help try to control anger both on the computer, and in real life.
best of luck (:

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I would go cursing people for their answers. I think you should search your heart and go with what it tells you. Leave out the cursings. It would sound more like an adult if you didnt curse at them. :)

Well sometimes on here it's easy to get mad. Some people have very, very strong opinions on here that are the complete opposite of yours, and sometimes they think it's funny to get a rise out of someone.

Take a chill pill.
Yes people do ask some silly questions here. Some are asking just to be silly and others even though the question is silly they are serious.

Hey just stop and relax, everyone has a opinion, I agree some are stupid, but it's their opinion. For everyone that makes you mad, there's usually just as many that make you smile. Try not to let the stupid ones get to you, it's a waste of energy on your part.

I get upset at a lot of these emails, but you just have to learn to be the better person. You have to gain some type of control over the hurtful things you say.
