Ok the three things I feel most proud of are
1) At the grocery store the other day there was a little old woman outside in 100 degree weather. She was standing out front so naturally i thought she was waiting on someone to come pick her up. So myself and my two year old daughter went in the store and did our shopping upon coming out of the store the lady was still outside waiting. I asked her if she was waiting on a ride. She replyes no that her car would not start. To summon the story up I took her home to her son who was dying of heart disaease, which was also 30 miles out of my way and refused to take money from her.
2)At the airport a few weeks ago there was a lady who had three children and a newborn. She was going through the securaetry part and was told to take off her shoes well with four kids and noone with her to help this seemed impossible, so I offered my assistance and watched her children and held the newborn until she was through security.
3) Last night while running errands in town I passed a homeless person who had a sign up asking for change to get something to eat. I went to McDonalds and got a 20 dollar gift card for him, and bought him some food then went to walmart and bought a 50 dollar gift card. I also gave him 20 cash and asked him his story after giving him his items. He told me his wife and child was killed in a car accident and he lost his mind so he could not work until he got his head sraightened out. I offered to take him somewhere for help but he said he was not ready.
These are three things I am proud of the most. But everyday I try to do good deeds whether they are big or small.

1) I went over to an older lady's home and read for her every night. Her eyes were not the best and could not read the fine print of the books. I hate romance novels but I did this every Friday evening for eight months.
2) I saw a lady with two children struggling with a broken stroller. The baby looked about 9 months old, and the older child was about 2, maybe 3 years old. It was late at night and the woman looked very bruised on her face. I let them stay the night at my home (I gave her my daughter's old but still in good condition stroller to keep), then took them to the shelter. I kept up with her and showed her other places (like food banks, free schooling and inexpensive daycare).
3) My son was diagnosed with leukaemia when he was three. While staying with him in the hospital I noticed there was very, very few toys and other entertainment for the children in the wards. I knew we had extra toys, movies and I even took in the spare TV from my bedroom so the children could have more to play with. (BTW - my son is now 16 and is playing for the high school football team this year).

As I consider almost every good deed actually gives the doer some amount of gratification, the most selfless thing I have ever done is the one I told no-one about, as I didn't want to ever receive "acknowledgement". With acknowledgement, the deed would lose its selflessness. For that reason, I'll not say! =)

My 3 things I feel proud of doing:
1) I moved back in with my father after my mother passed away so he would not have to take on the financial responsibility of maintaining the family home by himself.
2) Instead of putting my father in a nursing home and turning our home he worked to pay for that we own over to the state, I left my job of 10 years of service to care for him so he could continue to live at home.
3) Instead of hating an individual for what they have done in the past I put it behind me and remind myself we all make mistakes and want to be forgiven for our misdeeds. By doing this i feel I will be rewarded at the end of the day when all has been said and I can be at peace with myself should something happen

selfless things i did. u must be joking. nobody does anything selflessly. what i mean is i do help others to get a good name or to satisfy myself. or because i like to do it. all these are selfish motives. i don't hurt others because i don't want to get a bad name or i want to be good. i do help others, give extra money to my helpers, go to old age home to spend sometime with the inmates, give donation to orphanage, give free tuition to poor children . but i don't consider them as selfless activities. i am doing them because i like & it gives me personal satisfaction & i feel happy. where is the selfless service there ?
