Excuse my ignorance in this subject.

In 2.7 of the Cow, I interpret this to mean that Allah has closed off the minds of people so that they will never be able to understand him. Am I correct? If so, is this before the read the Koran or after?

i am 19 and a lesbian. my best friend that i have known for 6 years is the love of my life. i want to do something or give her something to show her how much i love her and how amazing she is and how much she means to me. we are not together but we are best friends and she knows how i feel. she is a very simple person. she is the sweetest girl in the entire world. she does so much for everyone else and i want to do something spectaculor for her. unfortunately i am stuck with no ideas as to what i should do. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you so much. a little info about her. she is 20 works at a pre-school and is going to school for psychology. she is the hardest working and strongest person i know. she is very selfless and always thinks of others before herself. she has so much going on in her life but never lets it show and is there for me no matter what. i want to return the favor she has done for me. she has changed me and only for the better. please help : )

If we are created in God's image, then does God have a belly button? Also, if God is perfect, would that mean that he does not have a belly button since a belly button is pretty much a scar?

I deal with a co-worker who is a very disrespectful know-it-all. Granted, she does have a lot of experience in this field, but unfortunately, she does not voice her disapprovement in a "constructive" manner. She will belittle you in front of customers in very sharp words, and won't even help in the solution of the problem. Any advice on what to do when she does it next?
