You have to find what is beautiful to you. No one else will be able to tell you. For me it is naked women and my dog. They are both beautiful in their own way.

Sorry, G-Gnome... I've tried the baby-holding and it didn't work, at least not for me.
I get the committment, the responsibility and the duty, but the beauty thing doesn't kick in.
Life may be beautiful, but I've not managed to find a sure proof of it, yet. Beautiful details and moments, quite possibly. But the thing taken as a whole?
"A tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing" is leading the pack of possibilities currently.
So, Hanoia, my only answer would be to find the details that can be seen as beautiful. And hope that those are enough, or can be built upon. This I still strive to do, but it takes striving.

ask him to hold a baby in his hands. It's the little things that matter and amidst all the global problems there're always hope for a new beginning and that things may change.. it's just up to us to take the first step.

We exchange the misery of childhood for the agony of adolescence, followed by the drudgery of adulthood and the decrepitude of old age. And you worry about global problems?
