no but it sure does help
however having too much is bad too because then it begins to cause other problems like fake friends. you'll never be able to trust that anyone likes you for you again and people will have their hands out everywhere.
best amount of money to have is enough to cover your needs without worrying about the bills but anything over 1/2 a mil and you would risk the fake friends.

Hi there!,
I like questions that make me think.
Money should never buy happiness as long as you are happy in the first place then the money is just an extension of that and should not make you unhappy.
Money that is spent changing the quality of your life, should be a positive experience but does not help you to feel any differently unless it is used unwisely.
People who have hard lives and who struggle everyday to afford the cost of living are many. Most of these people are not happy people and quite understandably because life makes them adjust to having very little anyway. If they were to win the lottery for example, very few people would be made unhappy by it even though that person will not know how to handle that kind of wealth and will struggle to hold onto it but does not necessarily make them unhappy because it is something that challenges people to grow psychologically and to help them improve the quality of their lives.
Wealth and having abundance are two separate things and having more than enough to live on, should not make anyone unhappy unless they have far too much of it they perceive the money to control their lives. Money cannot control anyone unless they make it control them because they cannot handle money in the first place. It has to be something a person is comfortable living with and why the wealthy can handle being wealthy and still thrive on having more.
I have known lots of people who have won the lottery but who were very unhappy in the first place and so they threw away their money to other unhappy people who also threw the money away on things they could have spent the money differently. It has to start from the inside and happiness is something that cannot be bought.
People made unhappy by money use the money as the reason for that even though all money is a tool to enhance the quality of your life. People perceive money in different ways and have very different relationships with it and some are more adjusted to having it than those who don't. Also, if you are surrounded by people who make you feel bad for owning wealth then that is because they are unhappy and not you but their opinions alter your perception about money.
If people perceive money to be a stumbling block to happiness then they need to alter their view of it to live amicably alongside money. I always imagine money as the steps I am building that will help me to climb to the summit of the mountain I want to get to the top to build my house!- Money then becomes something else rather than what I perceive it to be.
Money does help if you have very few luxuries in life and I would love to be wealthy enough to have my own property at least, but to make that happen, I have to earn it like everyone does or just hope that maybe I will with the lottery. I don't throw my money away on that game because I value what I have too much in the first place and always spend frugally to buy the things I want and value more because I had struggled to save for it. However, it would be nice to afford the things I would like but just enough for that only and not more than.
Money can only buy happiness if you believe that it does even if it doesn't. People convince themselves that it does before they have the money to begin with but when they suddenly come into it, very few people can handle it and because it can be a threat to what that person is used to having very little. Wealthy people allow money to help them lead high quality lives and because they are conditioned to own so much of it, it can become them and so they cannot imagine life without it but whether they are happy or not is debatable.
I hope my answer will help to answer your question but this is my synopsis on money!.- hope you find wealth as it can change the quality of your life if you want it to.

Money has the POTENTIAL to but happiness but having money is not a GUARANTEE of happiness.
Despite any idealogies or catchy sayings, money DOES solve a lot of problems IF IT IS USED PROPERLY.
It pays the bills. It provides food and shelter. It gets things done.
It can be used for evil things as well, but that's not money's fault.

Depends. It can bring you temporary happiness but health is most important. Cos without health a rich man (whatz the point?) would be in hospital his whole life. In all, Christ is most important your relationship with God.
