Uh, I hope this isn't what you actually believe. Australia's drought is a consequence of global warming, clear-felling forests for grazing cattle and sheep, salination of the rivers, excessive mining. There are many contributing factors - all of them I believe to be caused by man's mis-use and abuse of this planet. Anyone who believes that God could cause this would also have to believe that God could stop it (and the other environmental disasters in other countries). I would rather be asking, if I were a believer, why doesn't God stop it?

Drought?????
It's been raining so much where I live that the highway has only just reopened after a week of flooding north & south of the city, the airport has been closed and the railway has only just reopened.

No drought here. If lack of water equates to evil, we must live in the most righteous city in the world

No, it is not. The Australians are not evil or satanic in ANY way. I have friends in Australia who are very kind and decent people, more so than some people here.

Of course it is God's way of punishing every Aussie from old men to newborn infants and everyone between for the misdeeds of a few bad Aussies.

You see God feels when a few bad people need punishing it is best to punish everyone so he doesn't miss any bad ones.

Like when God killed all those itty-bitty kids and babies during the great flood. God knows that those kids didn't sin but he felt it best to kill everyone instead of risking not punishing all the badies.

I mean God is mercy and love isn't he?

You are correct. Mother Nature is a most dynamic living entity and is acutely aware of how human beings are behaving in relation to each other and towards their environment. If you study any world scriptures (not just the corrupted biblical accounts), you will clearly realise that God speaks to his creation through the elements. Those that proffer the science of geology are in deep illusion as this is the manifestation of the collective Karma of that nation.

From the Most Ancient Revelation, The Vision of Enoch, The Gospel of the Essenes [e.g. “I speak to you Through the Storm and the Clouds, Be still Know I Am God.”] it is most evident one should be attuned to Mother nature. Only when we are in that state can one witness in awe the power of God; the most explicit example in recent years has been the destruction of evil people in Pakistan where some of their schools of hate were completely destroyed by Mother Earth.

Each nation must take responsibility of their spiritual evolution as it is this element that will give them good statesmen, mothers and fathers. To continue supporting religious institutions that have been exposed as totally corrupt (Catholic Church) and an indigenous people who need to take an approach to spiritual development relevant to the modern world, the spiritual desert being created may take on a physical form.

For a continent that has one of the most sacred places on the planet the Swayambhu of Uluru, [Ayers Rock] who’s current custodians treat it as a mere tourist attraction and who’s indigenous peoples are aware that it is sacred but now only from a blind superstition it is little wonder that your spiritual desert is manifesting in the physical realm.

Of course it's not.
Australia is a very good country. We are having a hard enough time over here in the drought ,and we do not care to hear those who believe it's God's punishment.

Excuse me! Have you ever lived in a drought? probably not and we are not evil or satanic.
Living in a drought is no laughing matter watching everything around you die like livestock and plants.
Grow up and get a life
I am Australian, do I criticize you where you come from? so think before you accuse

No. They are not satanic. Droughts do happen.

And they are further intensified by the crooked policies that governments employ dealing with one. Water is not treated as a commodity and the whole supply-demand thing goes haywire.
