Does anyone of you know where can I download a program that will enable my computer to translate romanized alphabet (the common ABC's like this...) into kanji as I type them? Does a program like this exist? I really want to study kanji and it would be a great help if you could answer my question.

Okay say a (person either) is in a hetrosexual relationship then later decideds that they are gay and has a relationship with someone of the same gender.

When do they say / feel that they have lost their virginity? With the first relationship or with the person of the same gender? Or is it classed as losing your virginity to each gender?

(Sadly this came out of the conversation on BB last night when they asked H when he lost his. he said 18 and my wife & I satrted wondering if it was to a man or a women & how gay people viewd it)

Many Thanks

why do most people give answers here without reading the questions and information properly, is it iliteracy or just that their to lazy or to judgemental about the question sometimes to the point of assuming the questions are related to the questioners personality then writing what could be termed as abuse which is not an answer at all

I mean, I'm deaf and prefer to sign, having a very unclear voice. Like other deaf people I don't like people calling us deaf and dumb. However, some PC fatheads prefer to call us stupid things like "Aurally challenged" or "Hearing impaired". We just want to be called DEAF. Let's call a spade a spade. Deaf is deaf. but we're not dumb. However, this is just an example.

I hate it when PC goes too far. I prefer plain speaking. If a person is gay, then just say gay, not make up words as not to offend people.

"Not offending people"... a noble sentiment, but i think some people don't know where to stop. is this the REAL blight?

All answers accepted. If you don't want to be PC, fine by me. If you want to be "careful", fine by me. Just don't go overboard, either way, please.

Thanks.

I asked on Jan 17th " If you are a born again Christian when did YOU DIE and what of ?" I did not request an onslaught of quotes from the Bible nor tomes of endless babble that does not answer my question. These so called "Christians" show clear signs of suffering from some sort of obsessive mental disorder and regularly when put to question, digress into minefields of twaddle and riddles written by others. It is frightening to note the amount of these self acclaimed individuals existing in society and even more scary to imagine how many are in positions of influence on young growing minors. Point out to me where Jesus referred to "Christianity" during his ministry on earth please. And ANSWER MY ORIGINAL QUESTION for the benefit of all who are interested in a clear and concise manner, sparing readers a re written version of the Old and New Testaments. Thank you.

an example of "cross referencing" NT with OT in the bible:

Isaiah 7:14 Good News Bible
Well then, the Lord himself shall give you a sign: a YOUNG WOMAN [emphasis mine] who is pregnant will have a son and will name him Immanuel.

Isaiah 7:14 NRSV
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign. Look, the YOUNG WOMAN [emphasis mine] is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Immanuel.

The Good News Bible even provides a footnote explaining this:

YOUNG WOMAN: The Hebrew word here translated "young woman" is not the specific term for "virgin", but refers to any young woman of marriageable age. The use of "virgin" in Mat. 1.23 reflects a Greek translation of the Old Testament, made some 500 years after Isaiah.

as referenced by MATTHEW,

Matthew 1:22-23
And this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: "The VIRGIN [emphasis mine] is with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel-which means 'God is with

In the preparatory phase of Catholic mass, usually two laymen read the Bible at the pulpit beside the altar.
After this the priest reads another part of the gospel to the faithful ,followed by his sermon.

What do you call the reading by the laymen?

in bible verse 14:15 31 doesn't it refer to holy spirit as pronoun (him). How can this be if it is spirit, it should be refered to with pronoun (it). this backs up the fact that prophet muhammad(pbuh) is the one who was mention in this verse.
