why do most people give answers here without reading the questions and information properly, is it iliteracy or just that their to lazy or to judgemental about the question sometimes to the point of assuming the questions are related to the questioners personality then writing what could be termed as abuse which is not an answer at all

see! Why is the question, what in your opinion is the reason why, WHY! WHY !WHY! is a hint that maybe someone is asking a question to people who didn't figure out there is actually a question there

It is a matter of discipline when people come to answer questions. Sometimes people do not take time to look at what exactly the person is trying to ask and they end up giving very ordinary answers which do not address the question. The same thing happens in exams, sometimes people fail not because they do not know but they tackle the question wrongly and answer correctly to a wrong question. Some of the questions however lack some essential information that a person can easily add his/her own additional information without mentioning it.

Some people are simply too lazy to read the question properly. Others just want the points.

Have you noticed the questions being asked, usually are the most simple (ex. am I pretty)? Or the fact that most of these questions are posted on weekends or school holidays.
When I search on my browser, lately it sends me to Answers, in which I find no answer just silly questions.
Agree it is for the points...

some ppl are only in to point scoring
that why they dnt read the whole question

people occasionally just read the top part of the question then get the wrong end of the stick, because they havent read the whole of the question
others are illiterate others are just stupid

sometimes its the way the questions are written that can give ppl the wrong assumption about the question as ppl interpret the question differently
