1) The Sh'ma
Shema Yisrael Adonai Elohainu Adonai Echad!
Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One!
Baruch Shem K'vod Malchuto L'olam Vaed!
Blessed be God's glorious Kingdom forever and ever!

2) The Bar'chu
Bar'chu Adonai Hamvorach!
Praise the Lord, to whom our praise is due!
Baruch Shem K'vod L'olam Vaed!
Praise the Lord, to whom our praise is due, now and forever!

The Sh'ma is traditionally said...well, whenever. Morning and night, after getting up and before going to sleep are common, and many Jews cover their eyes during this prayer. Some close their eyes and hold to their eyes 3 fingers to represent a shin, the letter that makes the first sound in the word sh'ma.

The Bar'chu is a call to prayer. It is said at the beginnings of services. I can't remember if it's supposed to bring God's attention to us or to bring our attention to God. Maybe both.

"He makes the wind blow and He makes the rain descend. He sustains the living with kindness, and resurrects the dead with abundant mercy."
From the Amide, recited every day.

"Blessed are you, God, our Lord, King of the Universe, who distinguishes between the holy and the workaday, between light and darkness, between Israel and the nations, between the seventh day and the six days of creation. Blessed are you, God, who distinguishes between the holy and the workaday."
From the Hadaka prayer, recited at the end of Shabbat (Sabbath).

All say - "Blessed are you, Lord, our God, who did not make me a slave."
Men say - "Blessed are you, Lord, our God, who did not make me a woman."
Women say - "Blessed are you, Lord, our God, who made me according to His will."
From Saccharin, the morning prayer.

Jesus was a Hebrew.

Our Father who art in Heaven
hallowed be thy name
thy Kingdom come thy will be done
one earth as it is in Heaven
Give us today our daily bread
forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us
lead us not into temptation but
deliver us from evil
for thine is the power the Kingdom the Glory
for ever and ever
Amen.
