if u are sure that whatever u believe in is right?
many times when talking about religion, all it means is that someone believes and practices all that is asked of him by that religion. so if that religion is good than why is it wrong to believe whatever is said in it.

am i wrong in thinking that a lot of a good thing cant be wrong?

I seem to be getting violations if I post a question about Jesus. Even if it is asking for interpretation of a scripture.

Is asking questions re: Jesus as bad as posting a picture of Mohammad?

I have just been looking through some questions and there was a whole debate going on. A girl, who was quite naive, maybe a teenager, used the word negro but later corrected it to negroid. She was british and did not know that this word would offend anybody, but obviously it did. She repeatedly said sorry and some girl wouldn't leave her alone. I understand if someone uses the word meaning to be direspectful, but if she didn't know the word would offend, was it still correct for people to harass her for it? I don't think the British use all these derogetory terms quite as much as americans do, so if you are unaware of it and still quite young, should they be treated as racists?. Are there any other things that Brits say that would offend?

I'm tired of all the racist white people. Even those that say they're not racist turn out to be. There's alot of white people out there that need to admit they're racist. I challenge you to come forward and admit you're racist. Why are white people always asking racist questions on this site? And they always throw something in like, "I'm not racist. I have alot of friends that are black."

That's crap. There's alot of white people that act nice to minorities infront of their face, but behind their back, it's a different story.

I think most white people are racist. They need to admit it. Why do you think alot of drugs are illegal? That's just an excuse to put more african americans in jail. And why are so many african americans poor? It's because of racist white people. The government doesn't care either and sadly, it's full of racists.

I'm pissed off at all the racist whites.

What exactly happens in this process? Is it necessary? If so, is it more necessary for the congregation or for the believer who takes another path? And finally, does it really matter on the part of the believer who has left, seeing that s/he is not affected by the religion any longer? I mean no disrespect, only seeking knowledge! :-D

VERY INTERESTING-

1. The Garden of Eden was in Iraq .

2. Mesopotamia, which is now Iraq, was the cradle of civilization!

3. Noah built the ark in Iraq .

4. The Tower of Babel was in Iraq

5. Abraham was from Ur, which is in Southern Iraq !

6. Isaac's wife Rebekah is from Nahor, which is in Iraq !

7. Jacob met Rachel in Iraq .

8. Jonah preached in Nineveh -
which is in Iraq .

9. Assyria, which is in Iraq, conquered the ten tribes of Israel .

10 Amos cried out in Iraq !

11. Babylon, which is in Iraq, destroyed Jerusalem .

12. Daniel was in the lion's den in Iraq !

13. The three Hebrew children were in the fire in Iraq (Jesus had been in Iraq also as the fourth person in the
Fiery Furnace!)

14. Belshazzar, the King of Babylon saw the "writing on the wall" in Iraq .

15 . Nebuch a dnezzar, King of Babylon, carried the Jews captive into Iraq .

16. Ezekiel preached in Iraq .

17. The wise men were from Iraq .

18. Peter preached in Iraq .

19. The "Empire of Man" described in
Revelation is called Babylon, which was
a city in Iraq!

And you have probably seen this one: Israel is the nation most often mentioned in the Bible. But do you know which nation is second? It is Iraq ! However, that is not the name that is used in the Bible. The names used in the Bible are Babylon , Land of Shinar , and Mesopotamia . The word Mesopotamia means between the two rivers, more exactly between the Tigris
and Euphrates Rivers . The name Iraq , means country with deep roots.

Indeed Iraq is a country with deep roots and is a very significant country in the Bible.

No other nation, except Israel , has more history and prophecy associated
with it than Iraq .

And also, This is something to think about: Since America is typically represented by an eagle. Saddam
should have read up on his Muslim passages...

The following verse is from the Koran, (the Islamic Bible)

Koran (9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah;
and there was peace.
(Note the verse number!) Hmmmmmmm?!

do islamists really ask for proof when they were told by their mullahs that mohammed as very great, peaceful and knowledgeble ?
How could mohammed have said that people who did not seek his abode were against god.?
Or did mohammed confuse political enemies to enemies to god, and raised his huge croud of followers against innocent idol worshippers ?
Or there was no blood of innocent people, from enemies of mohammed ? do islamists ask this to mullahs?

How does mortal man, in their capacity of finite thought and rationalization, dare to presume to know the word of Alah, God, and God by any other name, whose thought is presumed infinite ?

Are not holy men charlatans pretending to know the word ?
How can the word written by mortal hands be presumed to be Allah’s words ?

Serious answers please.
