Generally, a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems that the questioner must be from an area with a reputation for bigotry and lawlessness.
Jehovah's Witnesses are proven to be true Christians based upon the Witnesses' preaching work and the anti-Witnesses' bigoted hatred against them.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

I really hope you are all having fun.
Doesn't bother me, but showing no respect for God's name is something you ALL need to think about.
First of all, I just answered a question about windows in Kingdom Halls.
It has to do with cost. And I quote my last answer just typed less than 15 minutes or so ago "Since there is no "preacher" to fleece the flocks they consider the overall cost of the construction costs"
Also, no windows means no broken windows that take place because of vandilism.
Second, there are windows in alot of Kingdom Halls that I have attended over the last 14 years. Also, we just built a new Kingdom Hall with two big glass doors in front and windows on the sides as well.

If you plan to poke fun at someone else's religion, please make certain that you get things correct... it's a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Otherwise you just look ignorant, and I'm sure that's not what you intended.

Since it's God would he not build a window if he wished to have one open??
On a more serious note, many of our Kingdom Halls do have windows. My home Kingdom Hall did not as it was a BAD neighborhood. We had to put our airconditioners bhind brick cages to keep them from being stolen.

Windows
This is getting old. The Kingdom Halls are fully open for anyone to see, if they didn't fear going in and learning something they didn't know before.

And 23 more in the last six months. If you want to know, go there during a meeting and look. Any time there are cars in the lot there should be a meeting going on. Unless you are afraid.
Here's a few on fast builds of Kingdom Halls.
