Anglo-Egyptian might mean the same as Anglo-Indian; Having a White British father, or having a paternal lineage which is British, although Anglo-Indians traditionally are of the Christian faith, I would guess that a Anglo-Egyptian would likely follow their fathers faith if religious at all, if social circumstances in Egypt allowed a divergence away from Islam.
Though concerning Anglo-Indian, such terms do not apply to white British families living in Indian but applies to people of mixed blood, I do not know if the criteria is the same for Anglo-Egyptians.

Anglo = Somebody born in Britain
Egyptian = Sombody born in Egypt
So Anglo - Egyptian = someone who was born in Britain, but to Egyptian Parents and is entitled to duel nationality.
Or a person who was born out in Egypt, and was brought back to the UK when they was still small.
As for religion, the main Egyptian one is Islam, which is practiced world wide and taught in Arabic. So there should be no difference.

If a person described themselves as Anglo Egyptian I would expect them to be of mixed parentage. Religion would depend on the individual.
