I have never met a Black person who claims they're ".0000009 percent Indian." Where I'm from, even if they're half Indian, they'll brand themselves as Black. I'm aboout 20% percent Indian (12.5% percent from my dad and 6.25% from my mom) and don't go around branding myself as Indian even though I look a little Indian. Btw, they're called Native Americans if you would like to be politically correct?

how exactly do you know the percentage?
My sister is Seminole and Black. she, like most black Indians, looks black. I went to school with a guy that was Irish and Iroquois. he looked liked a tanned Irishman (like he was really, really lucky to be the only red head in the world that could get some color)
so perhaps you are just assuming something you don't know?

i think you are exagerating.
In some cases, there were some raised by indians and even adapted the ways of indians who did not marry. Why are full blooded indians so protective of this?
