pls tell me what's the difference & benefits between Yoga & Meditation...and shall we try doing yoga/meditation by ourselves (like learning from website, books, cds etc)

I am goth and sometimes I am amazed at the men who tell me that they think goths are beautiful. I wouldn't think many would be attracted to us, really, but I am amazed when a hip-hop guy walks up to me and says... wow you are so beautiful... this has happened a couple times and throws me for a loop.

Even though their mothers are not jewish. Sometimes the grandmother on the dad's side is the only jew yet they state they're jewish. I guess you're allowed to self-identify but that's an unusual trend.

why are atheists so stereotypical?

1) The Bible does not prove that God is not a Trinity. IT PROVES THE OPPOSITE! God's word goes to extensive measures to prove that Jesus, Jehovah and the Holy Spirit are ONE.

2) Muslims and Christians do not share the same God. The word may be the same in arabic, but they have Different Characteristics
Allah is not tri-unified (special word) nor is he intersted in a personal relationship with his people. God on the other hand, is and is.

3) Christians are treated badly all over the world. Do you honestly believe the hundreds of lives taken are taken in vain? that Christians are all ignorant morons? No man has yet paralleled Eistein and he was theistic. Try telling your boyfriend or girlfriend they're a moron for believing in Christ. Se how that goes...

sorry, just had to get that off my chest. and I wouldn't really suggest trying that last thing

I've spoken to some people who believe in God, but refuse to obey his word because they say God is a "control freak". If it were not for God, we wouldn't have our lives, brains to think, or free will to judge him or anyone else. God has every right to expect total obedience and respect. If one views that as having control, so be it. He has earned that right, and should expect it.

People are more accepting of a human such as president, mayor, ect being in "control" but have issues with the creator of earth, the universe, and all that exists having control??? I've even seen people willing to submit to a girlfriend, boyfriend, or celebrity, due to lust or imperfect love, yet these same people call God a "control freak" for expecting the same?? Makes no sense to me.

Although I don't agree with Atheists, at least I can understand their position since they don't believe in God. But for people not to obey a God, they believe exists, because he expects to be in control, is strange.

I hate to come home and park on the street. It fits two cars and my husband is usually home before me. I think people who are visiting should not park in the driveway. Even if the person has been visiting for over six months(mother -in law getting a divorce). I am the last to leave in the morning and the last to arrive home at night. Am i wrong for not liking that?

A Testament is a will. We have the Old Will and the New Will. Is this 2 wills from 2 Gods, or a revised will from the same God? If its the same God, he sure did change his mind about a lot of things.What about all the other religions and their words of God?

I am not intending to offend, but my wife, daughter and I are talking about the lisp that many gay people have. We were wondering if that was intentionally done to annouce the gayness, or is it a biological thing that comes with being gay for some? We have gay friends and family, and they don't lisp, so we know it's not something all gay people do. Can one of you kind lispers please fill us in?
