I do not wish to perform in front of men as that goes against my modesty. But I do want to express my femininity and sexuality as a beautiful, creative thing.

As for if I'll ever use such dance skills...when I eventually find my husband I'll ask what he'd like!!!

I'm beginning to wonder if all these people really believe at all, or if they are simply following (because it's safer?). Do you believe, or do you follow?

Other thoughts?

Like I am translating this passage to Arabic and the title is "pulp friction". I know this doesn't have much meaning but I know the writer used it because it is similar to "pulp fiction". How do I say that? Is it called an "anagram"?. Is this the anagram ?
And by the way , what does "pulp friction" mean, if it means anything. The passage is about the people who cut logs of trees in order to make paper and pulp and how that affects the environment.

and how is ur dad by the way ?

What concerns teens out there?
From Community Service to extinction of flora or fauna, global warming and other environment problems to vanishing amounts of fossil fuels, clean fuels and melting ice caps, this question is not just for nerds or bespectacled bookworms, but all teens, does any of this catch your eye or make you think or concerns you?

I mean, if you believe all of the details such as the age of the earth etc, doesn't that detract from appreciating the bible as a cultural artifact in itself? I am an atheist and I love sacred art - eg of the renaissance - but surely fundamentalists miss out on the joys of seeing allegory, fable and the like played out in wondrous works of art?.......

Many people who claim that the Bible is the literal word of God base such claims on the "accuracy" of past Biblical predictions coming to be (such as the coming of the Messiah as described in the OT and fulfilled in the NT.) Your God is also beleived to be the only true God in existence...

Im curious: how those that beleive in Biblical Prophency view Mayan Prophencies?? (<
The Mayans were a polytheistic society who beleive in cosmogenesis and watched the Heavens, mapping the revolution of the earth and sun inside our own galaxy with such precision that they were able to determine that the precessional spin of earth's axis occurs once every 26000 years. As a result, they predicted (written in the Popol Vul, equivalent to the Bible) that white man would arrive in the Americas in 1546 and that their civilization would crumble via warfare and disease brought by white man....

Go to any mall and ask people who won the last 4 American Idols or Survivors...or who's on the cast of the Real World, or Britney Spears personal details, and they'll know the answer. However, ask that same person what the quadratic formula is or what some basic formulas in physics are or what year the War of 1812 started and they'll be at a loss. Why is this?

Someone made a comment about bieng told by Christians that they are going to hell, so what do you care if you don't believe it anyway? Why should that bother an athiest? Christians are always bieng accused of things that I personally have never done.
I have never told people that they were going to hell. I have always told them that God loves them, whether they want His love or not or whether they believe it or not. I would like to hear answers from both sides, thanks.
