Do you keep mans customs and traditions or do you keep Jesus custom's?
Did not the apostles keep these customs even after Jesus diedon the cross and rose after three days and three nights?
How can this Law be nailed to the Cross?
And why doesn't the bible support it?

The facts are that the church is recognized as founding almost every branch of modern science, with many of the fathers of the fields bieng Catholic priests and monks.

I am a 19 year old Puerto Rican woman, and because of this, I am made fun of because I use intelligent phrases or words. Sometimes I am made fun of just because I know how to spell...and it is not because I correct nor insult anyone.
I am just wondering, why do some people believe that to be "superior" to others, they must lower themselves? To me, this is just ridiculous and a way for someone who is lazy to still feel good about themselves...

u guys who believe in the bible needs to read this text...it's long i know but u really need to read it

The Biblical prophecies on the advent of the Prophet Muhammad are evidence of the truth of Islam for people who believe in the Bible.


In Deuteronomy 18, Moses stated that God told him: “I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.” (Deuteronomy 18:18-19).1

From these verses we conclude that the prophet in this prophecy must have the following three characteristics:

1) That he will be like Moses.

2) That he will come from the brothers of the Israelites, i.e. the Ishmaelites.

3) That God will put His words in to the mouth of this prophet and that he will declare what God commands him.

Let us examine these three characteristics in more depth

2 1/2 years ago I met a guy in my building who was nice and friendly. We became friends and then I found out he is married. The his wife had a baby. I became a member of his "family" he said. He came and went regularly in my life. I enjoy their child. Tonight I found out that he is RELIGIOUS SIKH INDIAN. I am not and could never be that religion. He wants me to live side-by-side with his wife who I don't always get along with. They give me the "silent treatment " when they dis approve of something I have done etc etc. I do not approve of their behaviour in some things, especially if the man is having an affair with me and telling me I am family and "Aunite" to his daughter and we are one big happy family. Sure for him but not for me!!! Can a ORTHODOX SIKH MAN do these things? Is it not against his religion? Has he not sinned??? Is he fooling himself? I donot talk to these people anymore as they are childish for me and always taking from me in some way...my intelligent ideas etc.

I can't believe I just heard that OJ has written a book describing how he WOULD have killed his ex-wife and her friend had he done it!! The book is called "If I did it" comes out I think in 2 weeks and I HONESTLY believe that this book should be boycotted! He will reportedly make 3.5 million!!! What a SLAP in the face! We can't allow him the satisfaction of making a penny off this deal! DO NOT LET YOUR CURIOSITY GET THE BEST OF YOU!!!! I'm sure some nutty people will buy this book. I'm also sure some intelectual will buy the book for some sort of understanding of his psychosis...thats fine...allow them to tell you whats in the book. I'm curious as hell what he could possibly write...but I won't give that man a cent of my money and I really don't think anyone else should. 2 peoples lives were disgustingly ended. Not to mention their families lives were forever changed and he is going to mock them!? He is a sick, sick individual. What do you all think and let me know if you will boycott?
