What are some ethical issues or decision a student organization might face?

In my area, a school corporation just faced something like this last year. It made national news also.

The topic was 'Oral Sex' and it was the main item in one of the high school student newspapers (there are 2 high schools in this particular corporation). It was mainly about whether teens view it as sex or something else. They were allowed to publish it, but afterwards was when the problems came. Other teachers saw it, many parents saw it, school administrators saw it, and then the National news media saw it.

It has now become a free speech issue. The school board had to determine if they needed a watch-dog from now on. It's still not resolved. But, this article has won numerous national news awards.
