-Really liked impaling (He would stick them *** or vagina first on a pointy stick & then hoist them in the air until they sank to the ground, it would take hours & was incredibly painful)
-Kept his kingdom orderly... or they were impaled. Killed all the handicapped/incompetent/homeless people to maintain it.

He was extremely bloodthirsty and felt a need to exert dominance through fear tactics. He was called the impaler because he skewered and displayed tons of humans around his place. I don't know what is cool about that, but he was the inspiration for "Dracula" because of his bloodthirstyness.
