Many don't believe, I respect that. I respect all views and beliefs and would defend anyone's right to believe anything they choose.

Many reasons, here's one:

We have 3 children, our oldest daughter is 24 years old and is handicapped. A few years ago she wanted her own apartment. I was against this because I worry so much about her. I love her very much. We agreed to let her have her own place (very hard for me). After about 4 Month's everything seemed to be going fairly well but on a Saturday night service at Church that small voice inside of me said: GO to the apartment NOW..LEAVE NOW..I know that voice..my wife and then 8 year old son drove to Wilmington (her apartment). Two men had broken in, her cloths were off and she was tied up. The police were called and they were arrested...I held both men there with a baseball bat. My daughter now lives not more than 10 feet from me right now. My son still talks about the day God spoke to his Dad.

That's one reason I believe in God!

Do you still have it? When I lived in NJ for 24 years before I moved, toilet paper teepeed houses and trees and shrubs. Silly string was everywhere. Some places was egged. When I moved to Ohio, no Mischief Night. What are you Mischief Night memories too? (I believe this fits into the Halloween category, don't you think?)

I just moved into a half-duplex and the woman I share it with is ridiculous. She is anti-canine and I have a dog. Dogs bark, we know this. I've been there two days and she is already complaining about the barking. And she is being a little dishonest about it too. I.E. left a message at 3 a.m. stating the dog was barking and she couldn't sleep. There was no way he was at that time because we were both sleeping. I have someone on my side in the leasing office, so that is a plus, and if the neighbor says anything to me I am to tell her, as she told my neighbor not to do so. I don't want a bad neighbor situation. What do I do? I can't control my dog when I am not at home, and she even told them he doesn't bark when I am at home...

Do all killers, molesters, drug-addicts, thieves, priests, nuns, holy-men, and adherants to all faiths in the world share this commen bond of trying to cure the inner-pain of uncertianty?

Is it possible that some peoples inner pain could be more severe and therefore make them more desperate than some others?

If so, than how do we possibly... treat each other.. so badly?

I was just listening to Prince Charles' speech and he said something along these lines and I partially quote
“It is not the sacred texts that are the cause of so much misery , it is the misinterpretation of the sacred texts”
While the sacred texts can be very confusing, I was just wondering whether it was done in purpose! Surely the sacred text could have been much simpler that could be more easily comprehended by the average Joe without the need for a minority of people to misinterpret it for their own advantage!

The Lord revealed it to Christians before hand. Some didn't understand the vision though. Also Jesus saved people before by keeping them out of harms way. Also, some confessed Jesus their Lord just before they died that day. Jesus miraculously delivered them from the towers, buildings. Also Jesus saved some, by keeping them alive, from the rubble. By showing those looking for someone alive where they were.

Because the LORD knew where everyone was that day. So saved many. Every one who died by being a victim of antichrist terrorists went to heaven. Except the terrorists. Because it was prophecied that the Lord would save many alive that day.
