Yo juego al tenis bien y casi nunca pierdo.

jugar means "to play" Juego means "I play"
perder means "to lose" and pierdo means "I lose"

"I play tennis well and I almost never lose."

Espero que te ayudara!

"Como sabes, Yo juego bien el tenis, y casi nunca pierdo." (There are things wrong in the actual sentence, too. But trust me. This is correct.)

jugó (the 'yo' isn't necessary), and since you should only have one conjugated verb per sentence, perder remains the same

:)
