I was watching Larry King Live and some loser was on telling his story about how he was attacked by a mountalin lion and as he was running or whatever he was doing, he say he saw jesus standing there, even though jesus is a myth. What a loser, it had to be a christian, who else would come with a retarded story like that?

It's the Christian fundamentalists that lobby the hardest against the basic equalities, so I thought I'd ask you all why this is.

Jesus could not get bailed out by his Dad. The Christian God is much more powerfull than Zeus but, I think Zeus could take Jesus. I think Chuck Norris would defeat Jesus but Zeus would kick his ****. All hypothetical of course. I realize some of these characters may or may not exsist.

The more and more questions I see here trying to make them think, the more I see them try to judtify hate, incest, genocide, infanticide, slavery, homophobia, and many other horrible things. Fundamentalists are the most morally bankrupt people I have ever heard. Agree?

The background for this Question is :

Well known Indian Muslim Human Right Activist, writer, and English Theater actress - Ms. Shabana Azmi, condemning recent attacks on Indian Muslim Women by Muslim youths who beat up Muslim Women who did not wear the head to toe "veil" called the "burqa", where some ladies suffered acid being thrown on them and one had her nose cut off, said that Islam did not require Muslim women to cover themselves in this fashion and opined that the attackers should be punished to the fullest extent of the Law. Decrying the incidents, she said that Islam could not condone such vicious acts and the claim of the arrested assailants of "religious activism" was untenable.

Interestingly, the Indian Bar of Advocates, including their Muslim Chapter, has refused to defend these people as well as two recently arrested Pakistani Terrorists, preferring "Contempt of court" for rejecting the appointment.

Alright, so let's assume that god is all loving, and all powerful. And let's assume that he wants us all to go to heaven. Let's also assume that god created humans.

The problem I see here is, of god is perfect and all loving, and wants us all to go to heavem and created the human spieces, why would he create our species in such a way that we end up with most humans as non-christians? I mean, why wouldn't he create his chosen spieces so that at least 80% went to heaven? It seems to me that he could still make it a choice, and also get more people to heaven.

So, is this god as loving as you claim?

First off you would need to cut down thousands of trees and cut the lumber. That would take at least 10 years. Next you need to collect every animal. Impossible but Noah was magical. Then you would have to build cages. Then you would have to build the boat withouth nails. 100 years. Then you would have to collect food for every animal on earth. 200 years. Then you would have to build cages. 100 years. Then you have to feed every animal every day. 1000 hours per feed. Must I go on. It must be generally accepted that the story of Noahs Arc is not to be taken literally. Right?
