need some honest real help with this one. I bought my four year old son his costume. He wanted to be a doctor, but a stethoscope did not come in the bag. he really wants one.

you can take an old pair of headphones that done work, yank out the cord and just use some blue tape/grey tape to cover it then do a cord out of it and then you can cut a circle out of cardboard and tape that to the tape cord.

Take a small plastic container of conical shape, a balloon,a thin transparent pipe of desired length, cellofin tape n glue.
Cut the plastic thing in the shape of the tip of de stethoscope, take de baloon n cut it in a circular shape an paste it tightly on the larger end of the conical thingy usin a glue tape or glue itseif. Attach the thin pipe to the other end of the conical thingy. Try to get a Y shaped hollow hard thing n make use of the pipes n glue to get cross section as in a real stethescope. Take 2 small plastic caps, Make small holes through them, attach them on the ends n ur homemade stethoscope is ready.
Uh! its hard 2 xplain, its esy 2 make one.
Try ur best.
It might really work also.

if you caan'y find one at the dollar store, you can make one using licorice whips. later he can get a good sugar buzz!
