There are certain problems which I feel only whichcraft can solve. In fact, I believe I may be cursed and need to reverse the curse. Do you know how this is done? I think I can remember using magic before but then I lost all memory of ever doing so. How strange this is, but I know there are those of you out there who know occurences like this can happen and it is you who I am speaking to. Can you help me before further harm is inflicted?

Islam is fastest growing religion in world that’s very good thing but global warming also growing, may be after some time there may be majority of Muslims in world instead Christianity well there also may be a environmental emergency due to global warming so my question is do you going to abandon what Allah told you to do and going to do what scientist will tell you to come out from emergency? For example there is instruction in Islam to do "namaz" five time a day due to emergency you have to allot lot of time for actions suggested by scientists and doing both thing is not possible in this situation what are you going to do keep faith in Allah and keep doing "namaz" or take action suggested by scientists? And what you think what other Muslims will going to do?

Can you Braniacs please tell me what Halloween is all about,ie where it comes from?
We have a dispute which needs settling once and for all,I say it is to do with the burning of the witches years ago but, I am told this is not true and, it used to be some kind of Christian ceremony, not being religious I am not 100% certain but there is money resting on the solution.
Have I lost again?

holding a magic wand these pictures are older then the new testament, made when JC had only been dead a few years. So the portrayal of Jesus as a magician is a very old christian concept. Jesus's own people, the Jews, portrayed him in very ancient texts, contemporanious with the gospels, as a sorcerer and stated this was why he was executed. Why have modern Christians rejected this 'magic' element of Jesus. The Magi allegedly brought gifts to the baby Jesus. Magi is a Persian word for magicians yet Christians refer to them as wise men. Is not a magical act the same as a miracle - ie supernatural phenomena? Gods are supernatural beings by definition, as are pixies, gnomes elves etc. So why do Christians avoid using the term magician for Jesus and Magic for his alleged miracles? After all there are witches referred to in the Bible as being real, as well as a plethora of other supernatural beings and all manner of magical/miraculous phomena eg prophecy. Please explain.

Every political party has "extremist". You know they are just a minority. During WW2 we should have focused on isolating the extremist, and not attacking the entire party.

We should have been more understanding and sensitive. And stopped anykind of "broad generalizations".

What do you think? I'm a pretty smart guy, huh!

After 30 years I came to accepting Christ, now I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone who truly wants to go to heaven can buy into Catholicism. I know it's the apostate church and there's a ton of doctrine that cannot be supported in the bible. When will you Catholics learn how to read a bible and let the Holy Spirit teach you the truth instead of buying into religous propaganda?

Is it better to tell your kids the complete truth throughout thier lives? or is it better to lie to them and let them find out the truth from someone else? This question can be about anything at all. I myself feel that telling them the truth helps them trust you more in the long run....but what do you all think? I think that you can raise a much more mature and understanding person if you just tell them the truth when they ask you the crazy questions that they do.

I know this is a bit wierd, especially coming from a 13-year-old girl, but here's the question; do you support Stalin?
I do. Before u consider me some cruel and dumb kid who knows nothing about the topic - let me explain.
It amazes me how one man can rise to such power. I dont support him physically killing people, but he had a point to, didnt he? He needed to show people that he's the boss. What proves that? What makes people obey? Fear. And what do people fear?Death.
Let's start from where he started - he was a no one. He was not rich or particularily educated or anything - just an ordinary Georgian guy.
Then he became a dictator. Such a powerful guy! Isn't he inspiring?
ALSO - people tend to hate Stalin because he killed people they actually remember. Like if someone killed my grandma (not a sick joke, she's dead anyway), of course I'd hate them! But say, in a hundred years - would people still remember?
I think Stalin's the next Julius Caesar. Couldn't you compare them?

I have been attending the catholic church for the past several years, and plan to convert from Methodist, however, I work evenings and can not right now go through the classes. I have a few questions about what parts of the service I can take part in. I know communion is off limits, but may I take part in the holy water ritual at the door as you leave and enter the church? Also, the bowing as you enter the pew? And after scriptures, could you please give detailed description on the sign that is made. It's something more than the cross and I can not decipher it. Thanks for your help, and anything else you add would be most appreaciated.

To make propaganda look like truth, it has to subliminally permeate our thinking. Inserting anti-Islaic commentary, for example amidst well accepted doctrine will make that commentary appear to be just as acceptible, That is why I aked the question concerning Barnes and Noble having a Christian agenda. In the midst of scholarly looking books supporting Intelligent design, there was a book called "The Truth about Islam" which horribly bashed Mohammad and the religion in general.

Do you get my point now?

though I have met very nice ppl over the time but yes there have been a few incidents when I was made to feel an outsider...job pincher etc....I work in food industry and one day I saw a young Australian couple making faces as a black girl was serving them...i felt very bad n thought may be they feel the same for us.
Other day my husband was bashed up badly and police dint do much .he has given up and according to him we ll never fit in so I should draw a line n behave accordingly but i enjoy talking to ppl ..its natural for me to smile at a baby or most of the old couples in bus or train ..Many a times ppl don’t reciprocate. I know everyone isn’t like that but dont know what to think....will I ever feel at home here...or...
