Hmmm, It is interesting how many of the Christian answers do not take into account any other religion, just other christian movements. Their christian group is better than another. They denounce all the other christians and stand tall. They still use the ole "Ya better turn before ya burn" stiff arm , which seems to be the way with most religions, christian or not.

I had a friend whose group shunned him because he chose to attend another church, even his own family. They tried to "whip" him back into being a proper follower. It was their way or the highway, he escaped their clutches and chose the highway.

Another friend told me that his group actuall believed black people were evil spirits. The church later said that by devine intervention (instruction from God), that the church would have to drop that idea along with people living on the moon.

All of them, that is the only way they can "sell" their religion to the flocks, it is the basic teachings of religion - to be a true believer.

I was born and brought up in a Christian family, so that I will never say my religion is the only right one. I respect all the religions, there is no classification regarding this subject. Each and every religion has plus and minus because it was man made and bending according to their views. When our mind become narrow our religious concepts also changed and getting hardened. If we are keeping a broad mind for accepting that all the human beings are the habitants of earth, then there is no reason to think which religion is right or wrong.

Most likely, most of them do. I believe in Spirituality, not religion. Religions are man made; they are boxes that people put themselves into, and they sometimes keep people from learning what the Bible actually says. Some religions may be more open, and encourage people to prove all things, as the Bible tells us to; but not all of them do. Some religions even "disfellowship or excommunicate" members when they look for answers in places other than their own church. ( it happened to me)
Since that time, I have grown more in truth than being "spoon fed" man made doctrine, as I am free to check out all things, and see what the Bible says. We may feel the need to "belong" to a group, and that is fine and good.....as long as we don't "check our brain" at the door.!
Isn't it a shame that some "religions" don't teach love and tolerance for all others? Wouldn't that be a basic concept? After all... we are not robots; we all have brains, and we need to think for ourselves; and when a religion tells us they are the
one and only true church, and they have all the answers, just believe them and don't question; THAT is a sure sign that they are not speaking for God.

That question is easy, but truly understanding is not easy.
All religions claim the church they present to be present by the power of God.

Not true-ask yourself the following questions.

1. Did the church you belong to, splinter from another church?
2.Tithe: why do we do it, who profits from it? Does your church leaders live off your tithes? There is one church which the ministry receives no pay for doing Gods work. Do you know which one that is?
3.Is the church made for profit or Gods glory? If the ministry is living better than you and wanting more think hard.
4.Is Sunday a gathering of praise to God, or is it a fashion show-and rude ignoring people?
5.Do you come away with a deeper understanding and a spiritual uplift. Or just glad you made it through another Sunday?
6.Do you attend regularly or just enough or not at all? Have you wondered why?
7.If your not following the first and foremost law given to us LOVE THY FELLOW MAN, do you wonder why?
8. Are your fellow members a family or just those folks you say hi to and move on?

If you answered more negative than positive than it is time to pray to God for guidence and find his true church-with his annointing and blessing.

Being right, to make others wrong(left behind), is a blame game which inducts all players on both sides into a hall of shame(the side effect of being on either side of such law law), not fame. Eg: these all died and received not the promise (Hebrews 11). The righteousness of God is above such law law on high, where high-minded and un-holy are akin in 2Tim 3.

Them vs Them (Law vs Law)
Scape-goats vs Dumb-sheep
Them who oppose themselves.
Son of man has 1 thing for "them all".
Noahic & Sodomic destruction: Lk 17.
Exhortation: Come out from among them.

Reason: "no escape" for "them": 1Thess 5:3
Pst - there is no "them" at all in "us-ward".
The Lord is l-o-n-g-suffering to "us-ward".
For no peace with them in-laws around.

Just us... ahhhhhhh peace(rest) at last.

TgooLJCwya. Amen.

Each and every one, but the Siikhs have a wonderful saying, "One God, Many Religions". How cool is that?

Buddhism is the only one out of all of them that actively embraces religious diversity-coincidentally it's the only one I found to be credible from an intellectual viewpoint. No dogma, no theology, no need to be intolerant.

I think all of them, but now a days they are changing their doctrines to be more inclusive. In any case spirituality is more important than religion. GOD is only one, man give it different names.

Everyone. You would you believe in something unless you believe it is right and nothing else is?

There will come a day when we all know everything for sure. Till that day comes, peace.

Some religions claim to believe there are "many paths" to the "truth". Though, I think that even they think they're the best path.

In reality, none of them are right. There are no gods.
