Does one wear a lounge suit if the invitation card states dress formal or does one wear a dinner jacket?
What are the meanings of (i)formal,(ii)informal and (iii) casual?

What is the correct expression for dinner jacket??

It would be just as valid to say that Biology can't be true because life can't come from non-life.
Engineering can't be true because life can't come from non-life.
Evolution, Biology and Engineering have one thing in common here ....they don't have anything to say about how life began.
Sure, in a beginning course in evolution the teacher might say that or even the book might suggest that.. but that is not the science of it.
We DO know that there were simple animals which evolved into more complex animals as time went by.
The Question is... Do christians know that this "No life from non-life" argument is a 'red-herring' as far as evolution is concerned?

our relgion teacher who is a FORMER nun......told us this then went on to say that everyone makes mistakes????

"That don't pay the bills"

(again in reference to my question on dinosaurs) Then why do you dwell on a book that was written 2000 years ago to control a bunch of sheep herders? Is that not dwelling on the past? How is that book more important than anything else in history? Is that helping you "pay the bills"?

I try to relate the bible to today's scientific world as much as possible. The cursed placed on his descendants was leprosy. In Leviticus chapter 13 it explains leprosy as it was viewed in those days. It differs today from the biblical account of the disease.

Did you see where Hiro was talking on the train to that guy and telling him what to do to save the future? SO, I was wondering about all those crazy people who say they're hearing voices or seeing things. Do you think that they really are and it's not just their mind playing tricks on them? If No: Then we would be like robots, forced to love and worship a diety in heaven. Would that truely be called love if it isn't a choice? And then what would be the purpose of free will on earth if you take it away after life?

If yes: Then can an individual be cast out of heaven? With free will comes the ability to choose NOT to love and worship. If in heaven someone chooses the other, would they then be cast out?
And don't say that a person can't make that choice, because then it isn't free will. What if someone looked on the actions of their diety and chose to find fault. Even if they are incorrect in that assumption. Part of free will is making wrong choices.

Further, could you ask for forgiveness in heaven? or even in hell for that matter. If God is everywhere (including hell) and is a forgiving God, then why couldn't someone ask for forgiveness in the afterlife instead of being tormented for eternity for not making a decision based on limited info (or no info at all for some)

Psalms 37:9,10 for evildoers shall be cut off; but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.

Genesis 8:21Never again will I kill every living thing just as I have done.
Isaiah 65:21 speaking of the future for the earth it also says the lion will lay down with the lamb.
We don’t see that to day. It says they shall build houses and inhabit them and plant vineyards and eat their fruitage.

i dont kno , but i have the hardest time around alot of ppl, id rather no go out, but at the same time i wanna be the type that loves to go out and meet new ppl, but for some reason i dont. im not a bad looking person and im not a bad person at all.... so i dont kno why i have a hard time meeting ppl... i would just like to be more open and out going.... i mean i do go out but not much.... this is crazy can someone tell me what i can do or what the ell is my problem?
