I do not mean all Scripture--I mean Scripture that literally does not explain what I ask. Some of the Scripture is perfect for an explanation but some is not

Yes! When I ask a question i want a simple explanation not some thing I can read myself and still not understand it!I think some people thing it is good enough to memorize the scriptures, but if you don't understand it, aren't those like empty words? You have to live the word, not just know the words.

Yes it becomes very mundane to hear the same words regurgitated over and over. Present me with original ideas that provoked in you a search of what those ideas mean. Now that is something I love to read. Not scripture from a book. Thats like someone reading me their interpretation of a book of poetry from somones elses view rather than their own. How original is that?
I wish you well.

It sounds more as though you just plain hate scripture. Could it be that it shows how screwed up your life is?

They need to read the before and after paragraphs as well in order to get the correct meaning. Many don't.

Misapplication and misinterpretation of Scripture is very annoying, especially to its Author.

It may make them feel better but it baffles me that they believe it. It's the logic equivalent of "because I said so..."
