Be an out of town tourist group!
Wear a dorky Hawaiin shirts, dangle cameras on a strap around your neck, bring big floppy hats, sunglasses, and have lots of maps and brochures sticking out of all of your pockets. Put a bumper sticker across your rear end.
Take pictures of all of the local wierdos. Ask stupid and annoying tourist-type questions like "Exactly how many miles is it to the nearest drive-in theater?"
Tell everyone in sight that you are from some stupid place like Smithville, North Carolina and you're on vacation.

Lady construction workers...get some work boots and some jeans (or evan mini skirts and low cut or belly shirts, to be sexy workers) add a hard had a there ya go you all can look amazing and feel sexy at the same time and not spend to much money :) goodluck
