What does the bible say about that? KJV
Psalms 37:9,10 for evildoers shall be cut off; but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.
10. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. 11. But the meek shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
Psalms 37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land, dwell there in forever.
Genesis 8:21Never again will I kill every living thing just as I have done.
Isaiah 65:21 speaking of the future for the earth it also says the lion will lay down with the lamb.
We don’t see that to day. It says they shall build houses and inhabit them and plant vineyards and eat their fruitage.

Not only the king james version says that, they all do, or should!
Doesen't that make you wonder, that after all the wonderful scrip-
tues that promise a wonder life on earth to obedient humans.that
still, people insist on the UNscriptual doctrine of Either Heaven or
Hell for everyone. There are of course People that will be resurrect-
ed to a heavenly reward, their number is given in the book of Revel-
ation--(7:4) Interestingly many refuse to take that as a literal number,(144,000)
and wish to believe it merely symbolic.this would not hold water as at rev.7:9 it refers to the "great crowd"which no man was able to number. If the # 144,000 were not literal it would lack meaning
as a contrast to the "great crowd" Viewing the number as literal
agrees with Jesus' statement at Matt.22:14 regarding the Kingdom of the heavens:"there are many invited but few chosen"
As for hell that is all of mankinds eventuality(the grave)But those
who have exercised faith, and done Christs will have the hope of
everlasting life on a paradise Earth through the resurrection.

Those scriptures indeed say what the paradise earth will be like in the very near future after wickedness is swept away. Sadly, the Bible verses you mentioned do not impress a lot of people because of the unscriptural idea that all good people go to heaven. Some people fail to grasp Jesus' words at Matt. 6:10, where he said: "Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven also upon EARTH." God's will for the earth is for it to be filled with perfect humans who have love for their God and for one another.

In the future the world will be older. And farther in the future, yes, older still. I don't know if it was your idea or not. Probly should read more of that bible and surf the web on the subject more to get some REAL answers.
