if you read the bible you'll notice that after jesus was crusified 3 days later he...
-resurected
-coming back to life
-lives againg
-no longer dead or as you say a dead man walking
-his not dead anymore
-see which one you can understand better
also there is no such thing as a dead man walking

No. It would be accurate to refer to him as man and God who, when incarnated as man, died in the flesh and was resurrected to life in the Spirit...who no longer lives in the flesh and is therefore not bound by temporal laws, but who lives in the Spirit and as such is able to be anywhere and do anything that suits his good purposes.
