Everytime I hear it in so many ways, it use to hurt my inner soul, I try to let it go through my ears cause it's said so much by everyone.
If it hurts me in that way, just think how much it hurts our Lord when you put his name in vain, especially when his feelings are more sensitive and massive than ours.
God's compassion is greater, his hurts are greater too.

What is your feelings on this, does that hurt you when you hear our Lords name in vain?

I'm wondering why athiests are atheists. If you wouldn't mind I'd just like to know why you chose the path you are on. What religion, (if any) were you prior to choosing atheism and what made you leave it? Finally, Would anything convince you to believe in a religion? One of my friend who migrated from slovakia to canada went to USA by his car. He wasnt provided with gas in some gas station in USA because he had an "accent". I mean whats up with the accent? I have also heard that there is still some racism in USA. Whats up with treating black people badly in european countries? does the color gives the evidence of one's superiority?

I am a Christian, I don't try to hide it.
My co-worker is wiccan, and she does not try to hide it either.

Yet today she asked me why people did not live in communities based on their religious faiths... i.e. the Christians with Christians, the Bhuddists with Bhuddists, Wiccans with Wiccans... etc?

I stopped celebrating Christmas the traditional way about 5 years ago because I realized that alot of it had nothing to do with Jesus. I stopped buying Christmas trees and decorating them because I feel that it was like worshipping the tree. I also stopped giving and recieving presents. The whole thing just seemed wrong to me. Now I just have a special prayer before dinner thanking God for Jesus.
