You don't "apply" morals, they are not like a coat of paint. Morals develope as we mature and no two people would have the same exact moral code.

Yes. Take for example 'treat others the way that you would want to be treated' I don't think that anyone actually likes to be treated like crap. So if everyone were to follow this exact rule or moral then everyone would sure as heck get along better. If a rule or moral is given and is clearly defined there should be no problem.

No of course not because one person make take this moral differently then the other.

Like staying a virgin....While one person may think that you can only be a vigin if you never do anything sexual with another person. The other may think you will still be a virgin if you don't have sexual intercourse and that oral or anal sex is fine.

It all depends on how the person translates this moral not how it is taught.

NO for each one makes their own choices about it on whether it will be effective or not. each person is different in how they will see it being a moral or not and how they will apply their choices about them.

my sister and i were raised in the same way with the same morals taught to us as children
i would have to say that we are not in any way alike now
i think how people cope with life and stress makes a big difference to how they live their lives despite moral teachings

No. Their moral sensitivity and personal control are at different levels. You can also add familial background, personal setting, and such factors.
