If you want it to be scary go as Bloody Mary in a bloody pink dress or if you want to be the fairest of them all being a princess, wicked stepmother or sister, an angel(not all angels wear white), Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Repunzel, or a fairy.

You could always be a doll, with the yarn hair, this is a toughy, perhaps basing it all on the dress is where the problem lies, figure out what is going to make you happy and comfortable, big hugs and good luck

With a pink dress maybe an angel or pixie? I would add white or pink wings, halo, and/or a magic wand.
Another idea is a girly pink witch. You could wear a pink dress, black boots, and a pink & black hat.

A fairy would be cute and creative. It would be fairly easy to embellish upon, with just a pink dress as the base.
