I am truly tired of pathetic women who suck up to men, try to be ultra skinny , spend all their time and money on looking good for men all the time wasting their lives and not working on what they are all about. Like to hear from some women who are doing their own things...what are you doing and how did you get it going? Me? I'm a doctor in training..after many other careers.

A few of my friends came to both my bridal shower and wedding last year and gave a shower gift (ranging from about $20-25) and then came to the wedding but did not give a wedding gift. Several of them are getting married soon, so should I do the same, or give gifts for both? Is it customary to some people to only do one or the other? I personally have always given gifts for both occasions, if invited, but would like to know other people's opinions.

Why do we stomp all over a person's belief and fealings as if they are not even human? Those who truly beleive in GOD knows HE/SHE/IT has given us emotions and that can dictate the actions of tommoroww because it happened yesterday. Emotions lead us to kill the innocent but on the brighter side give us the ability to apreciate the person standing next to you. Let alone the person on the other side of the globe. GOD gave us the emotion to cry and laugh. To mourn and worry. Then why do we abuse the next person severely by not even aknowledging a simple thing as an emotion? As if GOD does not have any? Christians believe we are made in HIS image. Muslims believe we can be reflections(ayotollas). Then why can't we do a simple thing as to just aknowledge maybe we just don't know? And work for a better tomorow because it is coming. It came yesterday and will come again next year. When will we wake up?

I kind of regret going on methadone. It is more addictive than heroin or any painkiller! I would recommend anyone that is addicted to opiates to try everything else to quit first. I couldn't quit drugs cold turkey so I went on methadone. You have to take it every day and if you miss a day, it's hell. The best advice I can give is to not do opiates in the first place and if you need painkillers, only use them for severe pain. Anyone have any advice on getting off methadone without alot of withdrawl???????
