it's self-proclaimed -christians- who are telling me not all who claim to be christian are truly christian.

I'm just trying to sort out who is and who is not a christian, based on the -christian- claim that not all self-proclaimed christians are truly christian.

And telling me to judge them based on their fruit and love isn't helping, except to eliminate a -lot- of self-proclaimed christians.

Honest, it's a lot easier for me to say "you all look alike", but obviously there are christians who disagree with that approach.

We've got the 'hell n brimstone' christian, we've got the 'i got mine' christian, we've got the 'humble christian', we've got the 'i never read the bible' christian...I could go on.

Why should christians tell me to judge for myself the credentials of self-proclaimed christians if we're not to judge? Why tell me "by their fruit ye will know them" if I'm not to judge?

You seem to think that evolving over thousands of years is an insult to the superiority of man or that it is dehumanizing in some way...

Do you truly not believe that being made out of DIRT should bring the same reaction? Is dirt like some mysterious miracle ingrediant that god creates superior beings out of?

Being made out of dirt is an insult to me...an insult to my intelligence. It amazes me that some people would be proud to be made out of something as filthy as dirt.

Why don't christians revere dirt more? why do christians do nothing while evil men lay huge swaths of concrete over the very earth (dirt) from which we are supposedly made from? I mean, dirt is what man is right??? It says so in the book, so it must be true...

Well someone added this question onto my last question, and it has intrigued me.

I am curious to what Muslim's believe Heaven will be like. Is there any scriptural support for the accusations that Heaven will be hold 70 some virgins for them, and that Heaven may actually be a bit more of an unrighteous place in my view?

I know it has been in the Media their believe of there being virgins in Heaven, however is there scriptural base for this in the Koran (Quran)

Someone referred to me as "The Church Lady" and said that I reminded them of the old Dana Carvey character on Saturday Night Live.

What do you think? Was she a saintly woman who had a special relationship with Jesus like me?

If muslims weren't so violent at the drop of a hat they would be comical.
'Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached,'"

I hope the Pope tells them to bugger off.

I used to get a lot of Asian men who smell of curry a mile away like smokers smell of ciggarettes. I hate those smells with a passion, but I love the smell of curry on food and make my own curries. Why is this?

Just recently I was able to fire my housekeeper, who was an illegal by the way, because I found a free and very Christian way to keep my house clean.

The cute little Mormon missionaries boys have always stopped by my house and will ask me, "is there anything we can do for you?". So, I took them up on their offer and so now twice a week I have missionaries crews who come over and clean my house. FOR FREE!

I usually wear shorts and a halter top and carry a duster around and just direct them on what I want done. They also do household maintenance. They fixed my fence, changed my oil, fixed a flat tired on my bike, etc.

This is a great untapped domestic assistance resource for Christians of all types.

BTW, when they stopped by I did ask the Jehovahs Witnesses if they would help me out around the house but they declined, so I'm sticking exclusively with Mormon Church for my domestic help.

How do you think we can best dispose of all these unwanted chavs that litter Britain?
Should we legalise hunting of chavs and let the foxhounds keep their numbers down?
Would you support a hunting season like there is for grouse?
Would you prefer to have Greenpeace round them up and settle them on a remote island where we wouldn't have to see them again?

and finally . . .
"Why is a chav like a slinky?"
"Because neither have any real use but it is fun to watch them fall down a flight of stairs!"

If you are not sure what a 'chav' is try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chavs
