If you were forced to have sex with another man, who would it be and why?

2006-09-08 01:35:49 · 5 answers · asked by Anonymous in Other - Cultures & Groups

To the Corinthians St. Paul wrote:
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
1 Corinthians 15.22
The Pauline doctrine of Original Sin is, however, contradicted by other passages from the Bible. In Deuteronomy, for example, which is one of the five books of Torah, Moses says:

The father s shall not be put to death for the children, nor shall the children be put to death for the fathers; every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
Deuteronomy 24.16
Contrary to the teachings of the Church, which goes under his name, that all children are born in sin, Jesus Christ confirms their innocence in the following passage from the Gospel according to Matthew:

Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 18.3

I truly do not understand hatred directed against people. There are many things I may be against, or I may not agree with but I do not hate any one. Why do you hate?
Peace Be With You,

Why is it that, of the admittedly little I've read, I find the old English style of the King James Version of the Bible easier to comprehend and grasp, and more naturally flowing than modern translations.

Lately me and my husband have been finding sewing needles stuck to the top right hand corner of a couple of door frames around our house. The funny thing is we don't even own those kind of needles. Then, yesterday his friend who we never told this too, comes out and says he is finding these pins also in his door frames and can't explain it. Is this some kind of voodoo stuff or what? Regardless, it kind of has us all in bunches about it. If anyone knows what this means or even has an idea to what it means, please let me know.

Why or why not?

i have seen several percentages cited on this section of answers, only i wonder about the research, as there are many people who would lie about their orientation for the sake of a quiet life.

my guess is that most people are bi, and i know for a fact that there is indeed a spectrum/continuum of sexual orientation.

so when people say there's this percentage or that percentage of gays to bi's and str8s, how much of this can we believe? and how old is the research being cited, since it must surely be viewed in the context of perceived norms at the time the research took place?

i also wonder if iq tests measure emotional and social intelligence, since these two types of intelligence must be important when researching ratios of sexual orientation (and incidentally, a high iq doesnt mean you're automatically intelligent socially or emotionally).

we are a constantly evolving society, and the studies into sexual orientation must evolve with our changing perceptions of the norm.
