My friend & I want to call child services on her mother-in-law but we have some questions. Can you call anonymously & will they call the person in question ahead of time to let them know they are visiting to check out the situation?? We don't want to call if they contact her ahead of time about visiting. We hope that they'll just show up without warning cause sadly this woman will have the house spotless & act like she is the perfect mom if she knows ahead of time that someone is coming. The woman is seriously completely unfit to be a mother to the 3 young kids (6 & 8 yrs old) she adopted, my friend's husband & his 19 year old sister (they are from the dad's previous marriage) & the house stays a complete dirty disaster that is close to being not healthy to live in.

I do we have all sorts going on here. It Stands as the wheel hub in a wagon wheel of ley lines and we have a well. the actual centre of the wheel is a 400+ years old Yew tree. Its a lovely tree but there are no others nearby, except the church ones and they are nowhere near as old. Its a very powerfull place, the only problem is it wont let us move, every time we try to, something happens to keep us here.

According to the Word of God, He did. But i want to know your view on it.
I believe He literally became sin/sinner and went into hell.
This is how He destroyed sin...for all who come to Him, He will make them clean.
BTW, Yahoo deleted my other account...but that's okay...cuz all things work together for good, to them that Love the Lord...to them that are called according to His good will and purpose.

in which I asked if there is a scientific explanation for why snowflakes are all different, there are so far 3 answers. One person said God did it. Two persons have stated that snowflakes are the way they are as a result of natural forces.

Due to the scientific explanation many believe that natural forces took place on a water drop to turn it into a snowflake.
Some reject this scientific explanation and believe that it was the hand of God.

Is there a difference between these two groups. If so, what is that difference.

Are there any other things that science explains happen as a result of natural forces that some people would reject and say they were designed.

What causes someone to reject scientific explanations?

people are from based on their last names. Like you can tell that someone is Jewish based on their name. Or that someone is from Swedish descent if their last name ends in "son". I am just curious. Where do people think someone is from(their ancestors) if they have Smith or Jones for a last name?

And in other news, I am actually looking for high school english lesson plans. i am teaching it for the first time next week. If any teachers happen to see this question, could you please be kind enough to advise me of any lesson plans you have that might be helpful?

I am teaching 13-16 year olds, so there is quite an array of material that would be helpful.

There is a separate question that I just asked in the teaching area, or just put it here. Another really helpful thing would be advice on good websites that have such material...
