According to the Word of God, He did. But i want to know your view on it.
I believe He literally became sin/sinner and went into hell.
This is how He destroyed sin...for all who come to Him, He will make them clean.
BTW, Yahoo deleted my other account...but that's okay...cuz all things work together for good, to them that Love the Lord...to them that are called according to His good will and purpose.
May God bless them.

He BECAME sin. I did not say He sinned.
When He was on the cross He cried out to the Father, "Why has thou forsaken me?"
Why did the Father leave the Body? Because He literally became sin...and God cannot be touched by sin. Only thru that flesh & blood body was He able to bear it and destroy it.
He became AS a sinner.
Yes, He was sinless, but He was treated as the guilty one. He was punished as a sinner. He even went into hell AS a sinner.
Yet He was innocent.
It is a paradox my friends.
HEBREWS 9:28
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

You have answered your own question. When Christ drank from the cup in the Garden of Gesthemane, He took all the sins of mankind upon himself. God turned away from Jesus, not because he was a sinner, but He had taken the sins of man upon Himself, and God cannot bear sin. The mortal side of Jesus was the one that said Why hast thou forsaken me?. That is the interpretation I get from my pastor and the bible.

Your understanding is not uncommon, but it is flawed, perhaps due to the difficulties of understanding the language of scripture.
1) Jesus never sinned. He never became sin. He never took all the punishment due to our sins on himself. These are figures of speech, not defined truths.
If he had done all this, then Jesus would be sitting in hell right now, suffering eternal damnation, he would never have been resurrected, we would no longer have to die, and God wouldn't be able to send anyone else to hell, ever again.
2) Jesus allowed himself to be unjustly put to death by the forces of evil, so Satan's dominion over mankind could be destroyed, sins could be forgiven, and Jesus could become the new and sinless head of all mankind.
This concept of propitiation, or atoning sacrifice, (not penal sustitution) works on several theological levels, and explains all the key questions, without leaving any embarassing loose ends. (Romans 3:25, Hebrews 2:17, 1st John 2:2, 1st John 4:10)
It also explains why we have a church, why we still are required to be baptized, repent and make amends for current sins, why we still have to experience death, and why we still have to worry about ending up in hell.
The bottom line is: God would have forgiven Adam immediately, if only he didn't mess things up so badly, throw in with Satan, and make true forgiveness all but impossible.
Through a marvelously creative and loving act, God destroyed Satan's power and brought about the salvation of the world by sending his only begotten son to suffer and die for us ... and it was good!

The hot plate did not commit a sin because you have inadvertently touched it while baking a delicious pan cake .Nor did your mind sinned for the hot suffering or delicious enjoyment. Let not the mind distort itself into believe something and act in a prejudiced manner passing judgements over others as sinners or virtuous people and make Poor Jesus a scapegoat for and on behalf of humanity. There is no good that condemned and no vitue that believed.

Jesus did not die a sinner. He did die with the weight of all our sins upon Him. That is how he conquered death and sin iitself, by paying the price when he was sinless. The wages of sin is death, that is why he had to die. Where in the Word of God does it say he died a sinner?

Jesus never sinned. Jesus and God are the same. People think that God sent Jesus, when actually, God IS Jesus. He became human and showed us that he is willing to die for us. Jesus is God, God is Jesus, therefore, perfect.

Jesus was and is sinless; He only took ours sins upon Himself so that we could be sanctified.
Also, Jesus did NOT go to Hell. He said to the thief," Today, you'll be with me in Paradise".
Study more and pray.
God bless you for searching.

I don't know where you got that!
He died perfect, unblemished, taking on all the sins of the world.
Great big difference! a sinner would do me no good at all!

Where is your evidence for this? It's a pretty bold statement without anything to back it up. I disagree with the idea myself.
