I try to do my best to be good in my career but 90 percent of guys just want to stare at my chest. Even covered.

Jeez... I said "even covered". I recently lost 50 lbs and put this pic of me because I'm proud of it. Some women get so catty.

Well. My best advice is to just ignore ignorance. Any man who is just interested in your assets is not even worth the time of day or even worthy of your acknowledgement. Superficiality is just like glass; just look right through it. You are more than your physical body; and if you have a great body that's even better.

We live in a superficial society. Full of "Stupid girls" (think Pink!) and music videos filled with hot and heavy chics; its no wonder why some men (not all!) cannot seperate between fact and fiction or even fantasy.

But the truth is that you can only be respected for the amount of work (introspection) that you put into yourself. So do you! (unselfishly of course!) and don't live for anyone else. The woman whom respects herself from the jump; always end being the biggest winner.

Hope this helps!

Do they just stare at it the whole time you are talking? A occasional glance is almost impossible to avoid for a guy. Some men are just uncomfortable with eye contact in general (wusses), slightly down from the face is a natural place to put the eyes if you don't want to look at someone's face. If they never make eye contact and don't remember what you have said, that is bad.

Are 90% of your interactions with them like that? If they are, you should look for another company because this one is going down because too few of the workers have any self-discipline.

As a last resort you can wear more shapeless clothing at work. It is a shame if you have to resort to that, but hey, I hate wearing what I have to wear sometimes too. Maybe you can compromise and wear some kind of jacket or sweater over something nicer. You can take off the outer wear part depending on who you are going to be working with or at lunch time, etc.

Your worried about guys being superficial, You ask a question about guys staring at your chest and you put yourself on the Internet looking for compliments, really, who's superficial, the men or you? I also have a fantastic body, I'm just glad that I have enough self esteem so that I don't have to build myself up with comments from strangers.Good luck..

Right now they just see you as a piece of meat. Don't get angry, don't level with them. One day an opportunity will arise and you will do the best of all works and your success will set them off I think.

But, if the boss also does that and has no respect for you, you should start working in another office =(

That is not superficial honey. That is called biological imperative. Men are about reproduction - period.

Look at you - try to not be so sexy and you might be taken a bit more seriously.
