...Or having "morals" forced on them? There are many ideologies and opinions being expoused out there about a great many subjects, some of it from radicals or looney tunes, but no one has ever been able to shove anything down my throat or force me to accept something I don't believe in, so I find this reather odd. Are they unable to resist pressure from others? Is someone forcing them to read stuff they don't want to? Do they mean they don't want people expressing their beliefs, while they freely express theirs? Do they want people to refrain from voting...or what? How can something get forced down one's throat? What do people mean when they say this?

I don't smoke, but it seems to me that it's becoming more and more of a requirement to be absolutely perfect in order to be accepted by Christians as a Christian.

My neighbor smokes, and she went to church with another neighbor of ours and when she came back she was in tears.

She told me that when she got out of the car when they got to church, she lit up a cigarette. She smoked it while they walked thru the parking lot and disposed of it properly (there were no ashtrays, so she put it out and placed the butt in her cigarette pack).

After church, she said a bunch of people came up to her and scolded her for smoking, and that if she wanted to get to the kingdom of heaven she would have to treat her body as a temple....in other words, she was not welcome there as a cigarette smoker.

Is this something that's all over the place, or is it just a random thing here in my town?

the bible tells us that our body is the temple of the most high God and we should not defile it it also tells us that we women should not wear what belongs to a man and men should not wear what belongs to a woman . Do u think by wearing pants of backless top or short skirts one has sinned cos i feel guilty by wearing this things some time but i feel realy comfortable with pants and i also wear mini skirts atimes what do u think.

Why is it that so many people, when they hear that someone is a Wiccan, they automatically think that someone is a devil worshipper and in some way going to hell. How many people have done actual research on the Wiccan faith? How about Paganism? The same thing goes. Why do some people do that?

I am a Christian. I do not beleive in Same Sex Marriages. I am a patriot. I beleive America must remain free for all people regardless of sex, race, religion, or sexual preferences? If two persons of the same sex want to get married, they should be aloud to do so in this country, I beleive that God will Judge them for their actions, but how do I balance that in a political spectrum without infringing on my rights as a Christian to practice my faith? How do I balance my political and religous views without persecuting others??

Hate the sin, and love the sinner seems to be the solution, but this is much easier said then done...

Another thought expiriment, I'm a 29 year old male, unable to get pregnant. Just wanting to see how many people are going to give a lecture about why abortion is bad. To those who read the details you can just type "I read the details" or whatever your heart fancies, check back in 10 minutes to see who typed "NO ITS MURDER" or some equivalent.

Curious, what if the details said "IM A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL AND MY FATHER AND BROTHERS RAPED ME". (oh smack a real question for those who read ALL THE DETAILS)

the bible was written over 2000 years ago by men after/before the death of jesus. how do we know this is real? this might be a bunch of fables in a book, i read in the Da Vinci Code, that there has not been a definite bible over many centuries and the bible has been edited by roman emperors and many popes. how can we trust this book that might be lie?? Can we trust this book that is supposedly the words of god? is there a god? is this book merely more than a bunch of fairy tales? can we trust this book? i want the truth!

my husband cough and sneezed all over the dining room table before i put the food on it therefore had to remove the table cloth and clean table good and put new table cloth he said that was too dang much just clean it and put same cloth back he said ur wastin clean linens, i said ur crazy, and he said iam going to mcdonalds to eat,cuz they dont mind yah sneezin over there tables, so i said go i dont think i was to dramatic was i??
