For what kind of service? Make sure that you are clear about your motives in inviting witches & metaphysical folks to your place of worship.
They won't take kindly to being preached to, or at any attempts to save their souls.. And you don't want a bunch of pissed off witches on your door step! That kind-of mo-jo you could do without.
Don't be surprise if none show up.
Christians have not always been so nice to other religions, especially those that practice magick.

Sure, just tell them the truth, that you're not really a "Christian" church, that you don't believe in the devil, that god could be a woman or a man, and that there are many paths to heaven so it doesn't really matter what the Bible says because it was written by men long ago and not the Holy Spirit and besides it's been changed so often that no one is really sure what was originally written in the first place any way.
I mean, that's pretty much what you believe right? You say that you are a Pastor of an Episcopalian church and while I'm not hip to how that differs from regular Christ honoring, Bible teaching churches, your questions here on Y/A certainly seem to lead a reader to think those views are close to your own.
2 Timothy 4:3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

A sincere invitation would be the best way, however, I should think they might suspect your motives. (Would they be right to do so? Nobody likes a liar, no matter what faith they are. As long as your desire to include them is sincere I would suggest a straight forward approach.)
One thing holding them back might be apprehension. You as an individual may be openminded and tolerant of others, but in large groups people can get out of hand very quickly. Also, Christianity is a lifestyle/religion that seeks converts, Wicca is a lifestyle/religion that must be sought. Seems like a small point, but it is quite dividing, I assure you.
Good luck.

Wiccans are taught from the start that their practice is something to be done in secret. That organized religions will persecute them. If you want Wiccans involved in anything you are doing for the community then I suggest you develop a relationship with them first. Build a foundation of trust and go on from there. Good Luck and ~Blessed Be~ on your community efforts.

I would post on Yahoo Groups and every other forum (Myspace, Craigslist, etc as well as your local newspaper to try to find interested Wiccans/Pagans) I would make this invitation open to everyone who is Wiccan/Pagan and interested. Flyers arent a bad idea either. If there are Pagan friendly businesses in the area I would ask them to post a flyer in their Window.
Remeber that Wiccans and Pagans have a right to their belief. I hope you are not trying to preach to them or convert them to Christianity.
Research existing groups if any and collaborate with them to join the effort. Good luck.

Depending on where you are located, I'd be very interested in joining.
My I suggest that you contact the Elders (High Priestess/Priest) of the Wiccan Group to arrange for a meeting on neutral ground, lay out your proposal, and see what comes of it. I'm sure that your suggestion will be met with alot of enthusiasm.
Have a lovely rest of the evening - Bright Blessings.

"Community worship"? Sounds positively watered down. Does this Wicca group even want to participate? I'll wager they're not organized or large enough to partake.

Give up. Christianity, at its core, is an intolerant, exclusivist religion bent on conversion or conquest of all other faiths. Wiccans and other pagans should stand proud together and resist efforts by Christians to assimilate them.

ask them. I think it is a really good thing what you are doing. If they are putting up some resistance, it might be for fears or old grudges. Just keep the option open. Dont push them into it, make it known that you want them, but leave it at that.
where is this located at? I wish Salem Oregon had something like this.
pm me please, I would like to know more

Why are you trying to change their beliefs?? That is wrong, and I'm sure god doesn't aprove of it. Are they hurting you? NO!! How do you know your religion is right? What if theirs is right and yours is wrong??? And belive it or not, wiccans can believe in god. And wicca is a way of life. You shouldn't push your religion on anyone.
