Men who are attracted to masculinity i.e. strong muscular men like hyper masculine activities and regiments so no sport is exempt, nor is the military. But the real issue is this. Sport is defined by skill in a defined arena. Gender preference doesn't really have much to do with how well someone plays golf or basketball. Sports innuendo though is a separate field putting an object in a hole, waving your stick whether it be a baseball bat, hockey stick or colt. Wonder why James Bond likes his guns? Cause it's perceived as masculine. Now sport like ballet and ice skating where attributes like grace are sought after are deemed feminine. But I couldn't do half the tricks they do. I really should let up with the double entondre.

Something between high school wrestling and swimming. Like, say the wrestling circle was in an island in the middle of the pool and they both were wearing swimming suits/thongs.

I would say golf. First, there are lots of "clubs" and "balls." Also, there's that caddie/golfer relationship. The older golfer relies on the younger, hotter caddie to "handle" his "equipment." Sounds like...well, you know. Finally, the matching uniforms, shoes, hats etc. There is no other sport that is as fashionably coordinated. Hope that helps!
